The building is located in second line of beach. It is equipped in the living room with a split type air conditioning, standing fan and three ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It has incredible sea views from the balcony reinforced with wicker for privacy of the guest, artificial grass for comfort and garlands for dining at night. The living room consists of two sofas, smart TV, side table, designer lamp and head table. The pool has natural grass and lifeguard float. In the apartment there is free Wifi and bay window with electric PVC insulated blinds.
The apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary materials for a pleasant stay, several bathrooms, three bedrooms and a spacious dining room.
Miramar beach is located between Gandia and Oliva. At 45 minutes from Valencia and linked to the N-332 and the AP7.
You can enjoy the swimming pool within the allowed hours. There is a natural grass area, pavement and outdoor showers.
We have a sewing set for possible emergencies and several extra sockets.
